FavorSea obtains ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certification (2022)

In 2020, FavorSea Africa, a recognized provider of mining technology, made the decision to pursue certification for SHEQ ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018. This was a critical step towards achieving continuous improvement in our integrated management system (IMS). The rigorous certification and audit process demonstrated our unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality standards in product manufacturing and services. The goal is not only for these standards to meet our customers' expectations, but to exceed them. Our recent ISO certification accomplishments confirm our company's dedication to achieving excellence in every aspect of our business. 

FavorSea Africa is subject to numerous laws, regulations, licenses, and other conditions designed to protect worker health and safety and the environment. Our SHEQ Management System, standards, and procedures exceed the statutory minimum levels of protection, demonstrating our strong commitment to worker health and safety, environmental wellness, and the delivery of quality products and services. 

We take a top-to-bottom approach to SHEQ responsibility, which has resulted in FavorSea Africa continually driving our leading SHEQ performance towards achieving a state of 'Zero Harm.' Our SHEQ Management System and related initiatives apply to our people, suppliers, clients, and all other interested parties to any of our sites and the broader organization.

Our SHEQ Management System delivers precision and reliability over distributed, large-scale operations. We continuously audit and monitor our entire process chain, making use of independent auditing and control teams, internal SHEQ assessments by our auditing leaders, engineering and technical analysis, and even real-time information and data systems. The ISO management system is a vital part of individual employee performance management, demonstrating how seriously we take the quality of our goods and services. 

Our international standards across operational procedures and management enable us to deliver the highest quality services and provide clients with absolute assurance. We ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, through continuous training, accident prevention, and the constant updating of our Good Manufacturing Practices in accordance with the latest practices in this field.
